Como falar ao telefone em inglês?
Você sabe falar ao telefone de forma educada? É muito fácil ser pouco gentil falamos um idioma sem dominá-lo completamente. Portanto, tente memorizar algumas frases básicas, isso pode ser fundamental para obter as informações desejadas em uma ligação telefônica.
Answering the phone:
. Good morning/afternoon/evening, (company), (name) speaking.
. How can I help you?
. Could you speak up, please?
. Who´s calling, please?
. Am I speaking to...?
. Could you spell that please?
. Who would you like to talk to?
. Just a moment, please, and I´ll put you through.
Asking for someone:
. I´d like to speak to/with Mr.Voss, please.
. Could you put me through to Mrs.Johnson, please?
. May I speak to/with Mrs.Smith, please?
Noise/Voice Problems:
. Could you speak a little louder, please?
. Could you speak a little slower, please?
. I cannot hear you very well.
. You must have dialed the wrong number.
Transferring calls:
. I´ll put you through to...
. Just a moment, please.
. I´ll put you through to someone who can help you.
Offering to take a message (receiver)
. Can I take a message?
. Would you like to leave a message?
. Would you like me to give him a message?
Leaving a message (caller)
. Can I leave a message?
. Could you give him a message?
. Could you take a message?
Ending a Call:
. Thank you for calling.
. Thank you.Goodbye.
. I look forward to meeting with you.
