Do not confuse PERSONAL with PERSONNEL.
Try to assossiate to these two examples and you´ll never confuse them. But pay attention to the pronunciation, it´s quite different. Ask your teacher about it.
You don´t have anything to do with my personal life.
She works in the Personnel Department.

personal adjective
relating or belonging to a single or particular person.
I think you have a personal responsability to know when to stop.
That´s my personal opinion.
personnel plural noun
the people working in an organization or for a particular type of employer.
Saturday was the most convenient day for students, parents, and school personnel.
personel humam resources noun [U]
the department within a company or organization that is responsible for its relationship with its employees, esp.new employees, and following the laws dealing with employment.
